statement:
I am inspired to create pieces of felt art that are influenced
by nature itself. I love the changing shapes and colours of a
woodland, the vibrancy within the sea, and the rainbow tones of
flowers and foliage. I even take inspiration from crystals and
stones, trying to recreate their colours and texture. Combining
my passion for textiles which I studied some years ago with my
love of embroidery and machine sewing, along with the
versatility of felt making, makes this the perfect medium for me
to express myself.
